These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeMix Music website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). WeMix Music is a product operated by Moxie Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Moxie Group Holdings, Inc. regarding your use of WeMix Music.

By using WeMix Music, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:
• The WeMix Music mobile application;
• The WeMix Music website;
• Social and collaborative playlist features;
• Third-party music platform integrations used within the Service;
• Customer support interactions;
• Analytics, notifications, and communication systems related to the Service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, platforms, applications, or websites that may be connected to WeMix Music, including Spotify. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

“Third-Party Music Provider” means external music streaming services connected to WeMix Music, including but not limited to Spotify.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Username;
• Phone number (if provided);
• Profile photo or avatar.

Third-Party Music Provider Account Information
When you connect a Third-Party Music Provider account, we may access:
• Account ID;
• Public profile information;

• Playback and listening activity necessary to operate the Service;
• Authentication tokens.

We only request the minimum permissions reasonably necessary to provide WeMix Music functionality.

Usage Information
• Session participation;
• Playlist interactions;

• Operating system;
• App version;
• Crash logs and diagnostics.

Analytics and Performance Data

4. Third-Party Music Provider Integration

WeMix Music integrates with third-party music platform APIs and services to enable collaborative playlist functionality.

When you connect a Third-Party Music Provider account, you authorize WeMix Music to access certain account data in accordance with the provider’s developer policies and your account permissions settings.

WeMix Music does not store your Third-Party Music Provider password.

WeMix Music is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Spotify or any other Third-Party Music Provider.

By using WeMix Music, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, policies, restrictions, and usage rules imposed by any Third-Party Music Provider connected to the Service.

Third-Party Music Providers process personal information under their own privacy policies and terms. WeMix Music does not control and is not responsible for third-party data processing practices.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on your jurisdiction, we may process your information based on:
• Performance of a contract;
• Legitimate business interests;
• Your consent;
• Compliance with legal obligations.

Our legitimate interests include maintaining platform security, improving functionality, preventing abuse, and operating the Service efficiently.

Service Providers

Third-Party Music Providers and Integrations
When necessary to enable Service functionality.

WeMix Music may contain links, integrations, or connections to third-party services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third-party services, including Third-Party Music Providers.
